Wall panel advantage

l For big capacity , we will equip second mixer to help you increase working effeciency. After the first mixing finish ,will pour the total slurry into the second mixer ,and then start next mxing directly to save the time . and the second mixer has two function ,one is for temperaturay storage and second is to avoid the separation of the slurry.
l We use the pump to cast the slurry into the mould car , in this way , the slurry will be more even ,with less bubble ,besides it can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material;
l Besides , it can avoid the difference between two end of two board by workers vibration,and protect the integrity of the calcium silicate board , and ensure the compactness of both sides.
